Zu schnell gesprochen
Ich habe mir mehr erwartet von dieser Meditations CD. Evtl ist das hier etwas für fortgeschrittene, die auf Zack und gleich in einer Entspannung drin sind und alles gleich sehen was 2 Sekunden vorher einem sugeriert wird. Die Idee ist gut, für mich aber nicht praktikabel. Ansonsten schön zum anhören. Leider hab ich in der Mitte verschlafen.
